Charisma and Cole Sydnor, the couple behind social media channels Roll with Cole and Charisma, announced their pregnancy in a heartfelt video on June 21
The couple first met in 2017 at a rehabilitation facility where Charisma worked as an inpatient therapist

Charisma and Cole Sydnor, who have gone viral on social media for sharing their journey together as an interracial and interabled couple, have announced they are expecting their first child together.On Sunday, June 21, the pair, who have been married since November 2020, announced the news in a joint post to their individual social media accounts. In the video clip, the two make their way down a hill, holding hands as Ruelle's "I Get to Love You" plays. Then, Charisma unfurls a set of ultrasound images before the two share a kiss."We’ve been keeping a secret 🥰🤍," they wrote in the caption of the video.

The couple first began dating in December of 2017, after meeting at Sheltering Arms rehabilitation facility in Virginia, where Cole had started working out following a 2011 diving accident that had left him paralyzed from the chest down. At the time, Charisma was working as an inpatient therapist at the facility.The pair were engaged in July 2019, just a few years after they had begun dating. At this point, the couple had already turned to social media to make content about how their lives had evolved and changed after being in both an interabled and interracial relationship.

Along the way, the two have documented their lives together, and speak frequently about the misconceptions that they often encounter when it comes to their relationship.As a result of the underrepresentation that couples like themselves have experienced in media and social media, they told PEOPLE in March, the pair has made use of their social media to provide that kind of representation online for others.
