The marriage comes just weeks after Maguire and Meyer finalized their divorce.
The former couple, who share two kids, separated in 2016.
Jennifer Meyer has officially tied the knot with Geoffrey Ogunlesi — and her ex-husband Tobey Maguire played a key role in the ceremony.
According to photos of the wedding obtained by PEOPLE, the Spider-Man actor officiated his ex-wife’s wedding to Ogunlesi, the son of Nigerian billionaire lawyer and investment banker Adebayo Ogunlesi. The couple said “I do” on Saturday, just weeks after Meyer and Maguire finalized their divorce.
Meyer and Ogunlesi wed at the Four Seasons Resort Lanai in Hawaii. The ceremony was attended by a star-studded roster of guests, including Rachel Zoe, Courteney Cox, Kate Hudson, Leonardo DiCaprio and girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti, along with Jeff Bezos and his wife, Lauren Sánchez Bezos.
Also in attendance were Meyer and Maguire’s two children — daughter Ruby, 19, and son Otis, 17 — along with the newborn baby girl whom Meyer and Ogunlesi welcomed in May.
Maguire and Meyer, a jewelry designer, met in 2003 while he was shooting Seabiscuit. They tied the knot in a Hawaii wedding ceremony in September 2007 before ultimately separating in June 2016, just three months shy of their ninth anniversary.

The decision came about “after much soul searching and consideration,” said the parents of two at the time, adding, “Our first priority remains raising our children together with enduring love, respect, and friendship.”
Four years later, Meyer petitioned for divorce. It would be another five years before Maguire filed his own response in July 2025. The divorce was finalized on Sept. 21, more than 10 years after their split.
By that point, Meyer was engaged to Ogunlesi and the couple had just welcomed their first baby together. After the birth of her daughter, Meyer told PEOPLE she had built a close-knit blended family with Maguire, their kids, and Ogunlesi.

“When Tobey and I broke up, it was very clear immediately that Ruby and Otis came first, and we really cared about each other as people, and we wanted to be in each other’s lives no matter what,” she shared. “And we didn’t want to miss a Christmas. We didn’t want to miss a Thanksgiving.”

She continued, “We travel all together. We have every holiday together. We have every birthday all together. He is an incredible father. He is an incredible ex-husband. And Geoff loves him and he loves Geoff. And so everything just works.”
In the years since her split from the Babylon actor, Meyer has emphasized that the former couple remain close and are coparenting harmoniously, despite a few bumps in the road.
“It was a choice, and it was trusting in, like, the universe has got our back,” she said of coparenting during a 2022 appearance onWorld’s First Podcast. “But let me tell you something, the work is a motherf-----.”

She shared that what keeps them on track is making sure their children remain their “first priority.”
As for her enduring friendship with Maguire, she added, “I can’t even explain [it]. He is my brother. I love him to death.”
