Swapped premiered May 1 on Netflix
In Swapped, two rival animals in the forest unexpectedly switch bodies in a Freaky Friday-style twist.
The new Netflix children's animated movie stars Michael B. Jordan as a small woodland creature named Ollie, who finds himself in the body of a bird, Ivy, voiced by Ted Lasso's Juno Temple.
Director Nathan Greno told Tudum how Jordan and Temple's performances brought “warmth and authenticity” to the film. "Every moment between them feels alive — funny one second, deeply moving the next," he said. "Their chemistry lifts the story and gives Swapped its wings."
Jordan and Temple are joined by other notable stars who round out the ensemble with their own memorable performances, including Tracy Morgan, Cedric the Entertainer and Justina Machado.
Here is the Swapped voice cast side-by-side with the animated characters they play.

Jordan lends his voice to Swapped, but he has previously appeared in other animated projects, such as The Boondocks and Love, Death & Robots.
"I love animation and voice work. I've done it in the past, so to do a full-length animated movie with our voices is fun," he said at the Swapped premiere in April 2026. "You do it in pieces and increments. It's a different style because we're all by ourselves recording our voices."
Jordan also shouted-out the "phenomenal" director of Swapped, "and all the producers in putting this thing all together and we got something beautiful."
