The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 17 trailer has arrived!
A look at the upcoming installment of the hit Bravo franchise dropped on Tuesday, Feb. 24, confirming the return of Porsha Williams, Phaedra Parks, Drew Sidora, Shamea Morton, Angela Oakley and Kelli Ferrell. Plus, two new cast members — Pinky Cole and K. Michelle — join the group, along with Cynthia Bailey as a “friend.”
The teaser kicks off with a voiceover of Drew telling the story of “a group of beautiful dolls” living in Atlanta who “really tried to be good,” before she admits, “But spilling tea is their favorite game.”
“And when the tea is poured, that's when the dolls come alive,” Drew continues.

The newbies don’t waste any time getting comfortable, as they declare their skepticism of Phaedra, who is a longtime attorney, right off the bat. When K. Michelle claims, “I trust no lawyer that don't practice the law,” Pinky adds: “I don't trust no lawyer that eat dead people.”
The trailer cuts to another clip where Phaedra questions, "I eat dead people?"
Pinky later gets into a tiff with Angela, telling her, “I should have bought your foreclosed houses.”
“Don’t do it, Papa Smurf,” Angela quips in response.
Meanwhile, Porsha finds herself in a love triangle between a man and a woman after finalizing her divorce.
“I didn’t expect God to send a 6'5" tall man with big arms and tattoos,” she notes, before introducing her now-girlfriend Patrice “Sway” McKinney to the group.

K. Michelle also opens up about the challenges of her career as an award-winning artist.
“I'm on the biggest country music label, and I don't think people understand that pressure being the only Black woman,” she explains.

Similarly, Pinky shares more about her business, the popular plant-based burger chain restaurant Slutty Vegan.
“I'm one of the most powerful entrepreneurs in America,” she reveals. “I built this $100 million brand. Behind every great man, there's an even better woman.”
Some of the other women appear to be struggling, with Shamea expressing her hopes to gain financial independence in a conversation with her husband, Kelli reflecting on when she “took my last $50,000 and bet on myself” to build her empire and Angela breaking down in tears. “It’s truly the hardest year of my life,” Angela says.
Tensions later reach a boiling point when Porsha brings up rumors that Kelli “slept with a married man” and K. Michelle claims that Drew’s “friend” Black — who is seen greeting her with a bouquet of flowers and a kiss — is also “in my DMs.”

During their cast trip to Dallas, a screaming match breaks out between Drew and K. Michelle, who shouts, “Keep my name out your mouth!”
“Don't you ever address me that way,” Drew yells back as the other women hold them from charging at each other.
The fighting doesn’t stop there. Later at dinner, Kelli holds up her wine glass and announces that “Porsha has f----- every Nigerian in Atlanta."

“You better get that goddamn drink out of my face," Porsha warns.
She then leaves the table, but continues screaming from the stairway: “Take your goddamn liquor and sit the f--- down.”
“We're going to be very well behaved,” K. Michelle quips as the trailer comes to a close.
