Patrick Dempsey went shirtless while sharing an intimate moment with his wife Jillian Fink on a yacht.
The 60-year-old actor kissed Fink as they celebrated 27 years of marriage.
Dempsey and Fink, who tied the knot in 1999, share three kids together.
Patrick Dempsey and his wife Jillian Fink shared a rare intimate moment with fans as they celebrated a major relationship milestone. In a post shared on July 31, the 60-year-old makeup artist rang in 27 years of marriage with the Grey’s Anatomy alum by coordinating in swimsuits for a PDA-packed boat day.

“Opposites attract!” Fink wrote in her caption as she reflected on “27 years, three beautiful kids, and a lifetime of memories.” She continued, “Through all the highs and lows, we’ve always found our way. Happy anniversary.”
In the sweet photo, which was captured from behind on a yacht, the couple could be seen sharing a loved-up exchange as they were framed against the ocean. As he leaned over to kiss his wife, Dempsey could be seen posing shirtless in swimming trunks while sporting a black sunglasses and his signature salt-and-pepper hair. Meanwhile, Fink stunned in a black string bikini and a pair of black sunglasses during the loved-up moment. She styled her golden blonde hair in a deep side, framing a pair of black sunglasses.

The mom-of-three—who shares twins Sullivan and Darby, 19, and a 24-year-old daughter named Talula with Dempsey—also posted a photo from the early days of her relationship with the Sweet Home Alabama actor. Dempsey and Fink—who got married in 1999—could be seen wearing black puffy coats and beaming at the camera as they cozied up for a throwback selfie.

Dempsey—who was previously married to his manager Rocky Parker from 1987 to 1994—recently stepped out with Fink as well as the couple’s eldest daughter on the red carpet for a whirlwind 2026 BAFTA Film Awards schedule.
The trio embraced coordinated family dressing in elegant all-black looks as they attended the award show and after-party on February 22. One day earlier, Dempsey and Fink also accompanied Lula to the Charles Finch & Chanel 2026 pre-BAFTA Party.
