Pamela Anderson embraced the peekaboo lingerie trend as she put her own twist on naked dressing for Vogue Australia. In a new feature story published on August 1, the Baywatch star—who recently celebrated her 59th birthday—ditched her signature makeup-free glow for a rare full glam moment and a sheer underwear-baring skirt set.

Anderson tapped into sartorial whimsy in a see-through sleeveless Dior top and skirt set, which was crafted from eyelet-style lace and featured an asymmetrical half black, half white design that was connected with a scalloped border.
Showing off a plunging black First Thing bra and a pair of black Skims briefs underneath the sheer pieces, the Last Showgirl actress added some playful texture with protruding pom-poms at her crewneck neckline and at her midriff. Pulling her platinum blonde curls back away from her face with her fingers, Anderson showed off a smoky eyeshadow and a pair of Pandora earrings and rings.

In a sartorial 180, the star embraced another revealing style moment in a sheer gold Fendi dress that glittered from every angle. The sleeveless shift style was covered in iridescent gold beading and wavy texture, showing off a subtle glimpse of a nude lingerie set underneath.

Sharing a better glimpse of her dark smoky eyeshadow, flushed cheeks, and peach lipstick in the photo, Anderson went for fashion gold by adding a pair of matching gilded Pandora bracelets and gold lace Amina Muaddi stilettos. Her golden blonde hair was pulled back away from her face with some face-framing tendrils, appearing to reference her iconic ‘90s updo.

Anderson opened up about her decision to ditch her fresh-faced glam for the photoshoot, telling her interviewer, “I’ve been doing very natural for a while now, which is really, really great and very me. But I’m on the cover of Vogue. Yes, put some make-up on me, and just have a little fun.”
The star has had a busy summer, recently ringing in her 59th birthday with a swimsuit-clad Saint-Tropez getaway and watching her youngest son Dylan get married in the French Riviera. Anderson reunited with ex-husband Tommy Lee and her eldest son Brandon, stunning in a sheer yellow lace gown by Fernando Garcia for Oscar de la Renta for the occasion.
