Michael Strahan's dating history from two failed divorces to low-key new relationship

There can be no question that Michael Strahan has enjoyed two legendary careers in two different disciplines.

Taken in the second round of the 1993 NFL Draft by the New York Giants, Strahan played out a Hall of Fame career in the Big Apple, earning honors galore. During his time with the Giants, he was named the NFL's Defensive Player of the Year in 2001, voted an All-Pro six times (4x first team, 2x second team), and held the NFL's single-season sack record until Myles Garrett broke it last season.

The highlight of his playing career, however, was undoubtedly the 2007 season Super Bowl victory against the previously undefeated New England Patriots. And following that, he parlayed his football success into a career in broadcasting, with Strahan, who currently co-anchors Good Morning America and recently found himself defending an interview he conducted with former NFL running back Chris Johnson, now just two years away from reaching 20 years on camera.

Given the nature of his two careers, Strahan has often found himself in the spotlight, particularly regarding his dating history. The now 54-year-old is in a long-term relationship with Kayla Quick, whom he started dating back in 2015.

While Strahan and Quick, who co-founded wellness supplement company FIZZNESS, keep their relationship private, the latter was by the ex-Giants star's side when he earned his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame back in January 2023.

Previously, Strahan was married twice and engaged once. Back in 1992, he married his first wife, Wanda Hutchins. The pair were married for four years and share two children, Tanita and Michael Anthony Jr.

Speaking to Graham Bensinger back in 2023, Strahan admitted that he and Wanda "were just young" when they married in 1992, adding that he holds a lot of love in his heart for his first wife.

"My first marriage with Wanda, we were just young," said Strahan. "She's one of my best friends to this day. I love her to death. I have two great kids.

"That was a great experience where we both realized we were young, out of our league, didn't know how we were supposed to act. We were kids trying to play adults."

Strahan also shares two children, twins Isabella and Sophia, with his second wife, Jean Muggli. However, their divorce was less amicable than his divorce from Wanda.

The pair married in 1999 before welcoming their twins in December 2004. However, just two years later, they finalized their divorce in July 2006, and Muggli was awarded $15 million in a settlement in January 2007.

According to a report from TMZ back in 2020, Strahan attempted to gain custody of the twins after claiming his ex-wife had been engaging in a "pattern of abusive conduct towards the children for years."

Later that year, in November 2020, Strahan and Muggli settled their dispute, agreeing on a shared custody arrangement.

Three years after finalizing his divorce from Muggli, the former NFL star became engaged to Nicole Mitchell in August 2009. However, their engagement ended in 2014.
