Karoline Leavitt and her husband Nick Riccio, nicknamed the "M Street Millionaire," seem to be more focused on real estate now that she is no longer President Donald Trump's White House press secretary.

On Friday, October 30, the married couple reportedly put several of their Hampton Beach properties in New Hampshire up for auction, hoping the real estate move would attract a partner for a sweeping redevelopment vision. Nicholas, 62, who is a real estate mogul in his own right and decades older than 29-year-old Karoline, has already designed conceptual plans for condos, hotel rooms, restaurants, and a 53,000-square-foot ballroom.

Nicholas' vision is to find the right investor so he can execute his plan to develop 4, 6, 12, 14, and 16 M St., along with 143 and 147 Ashworth Ave. Among the included properties is the Nautical Motel.

Nicholas is reportedly hoping that the November 19 auction, scheduled for 1:45 p.m., will help him find the needed partner to advance the project, as he's open to individual offers on the properties, depending on how the bidding unfolds.

“He is open to an outright sale of the property that is listed, or potential development partner to develop that side of the street,” a spokesperson for Nicholas told Seacoastonline.com.

Nicholas explained that the auction doesn't carry a minimum bid, but does require a 10% deposit within 24 hours and closing within 45 days.

The aforementioned properties include a mix of several cottages and a mixed-use space at 143 Ashworth Ave., which Nicholas had acquired since he started his real estate portfolio in the 1990s.

With the recent approval of the redevelopment of the Hampton Beach Casino complex already in the works, Nicholas admitted to the news outlet that he hoped his properties can be used to further increase the beach as a resort destination.

“Hampton Beach has been a great place to live and visit for generations. A number of things have taken place to enhance it,” Nick added. “My property can hopefully play a role in that.”

Along the north side of M Street is where Nicholas parcels run, so much so that it wraps around the corner, continuing north on Ashworth Avenue.

This is only a part of Nicholas local holdings as he also owns 11 additional lots on M Street, in addition to Buc’s Lagoon at 59 Ashworth Ave., which is a block away at the corner of N Street.

Since 1993 Nicholas has been purchasing and developing properties across Hampton Beach. That year, when he was driving through Hampton with his mother they stumbled upon M Street, where buildings were either condemned or almost there, according to what he told the Hampton Union in 2005.

Both Karoline and Nicholas are New Hampshire natives with properties in the area. Karoline also recently posted that they're living in Florida.
