Jason Biggs and his wife Jenny Mollen have split after 18 years of marriage.

A rep for the couple confirmed to PEOPLE on Thursday, May 14 that Biggs, 48, and Mollen, 46, have separated, though they remain on "great terms" and are focused on coparenting their two sons, Lazlo, 8, and Sid, 12. A source close to the pair tells PEOPLE that Mollen and Biggs "are doing great" and spent Biggs' 48th birthday together as a family on Tuesday, May 12.

"They are very much connected," the source says of Biggs and Mollen's future as coparents. "I have no doubt that they will remain on excellent terms."

Biggs and Mollen met on the set of the 2008 movie My Best Friend's Girl. The pair were engaged in January 2008 and eloped in a private ceremony that April. In July of that year, they exchanged vows for a second time at a ceremony in Napa, Calif., that featured about 40 guests in attendance, as PEOPLE reported at the time.

Mollen most recently shared a photo of herself and Biggs on Instagram in November 2025. "A totally approachable couple not trying to seduce you," she wrote in a caption to post at the time.

When Biggs turned 47 in May 2025, Mollen shared a black-and-white image of them holding each other close at what she described as Biggs' "surprise 30th" birthday party.
