Gwyneth Paltrow marked her TikTok debut with a deliberately chaotic travel montage that included a bath scene, a brief topless shot, and a frustrated punchline about joining the platform.

The Oscar-winning actor posted her first video to a personal TikTok account Friday, opening with clips from European locations before showing herself relaxing in a bathtub.

The video also included a quick scene of Paltrow apparently topless in bed. This comes as Paltrow also recently stripped down to promote $38 shower gel.

"Apparently I'm on TikTok now," the Goop founder wrote in the caption.

She later shared the video through her Instagram Stories.

The fast-paced montage followed Paltrow as she attempted to introduce herself from Paris, Italy, and other settings.

She appeared inside a museum, on a boat, aboard a helicopter and during a flight, changing outfits, sunglasses and locations as the clip moved along.

Paltrow also shifted between English, French and Italian while speaking to the camera, leaning into the joke that filming a simple introduction had become an elaborate production.

The bathtub sequence arrived amid the scattered scenes, with Paltrow continuing her narration from the water.

The video closed with the 53-year-old actor appearing to lose patience with the process. Raising her hands, she asked, "Can I please just make this f-----g TikTok?"

Her arrival on the platform followed another recent Goop promotion that drew attention online.

In July, Paltrow appeared in a teaser filmed in a wildflower field, where she dropped a towel before the Goop Beauty logo appeared.

Goop has also been promoting a Black Pepper + Ginger Grounding Body Wash. Paltrow has said the product was developed with both men and women in mind after her husband, television producer Brad Falchuk, asked for a shower gel that would not leave his skin feeling dry.

Paltrow launched Goop in 2008 as an email newsletter offering lifestyle recommendations.
