Charlize Theron went green for her latest red-carpet appearance. The actress attended the Airbnb.org Gala in a striking fringe dress that brought plenty of movement and drama. Pulled straight from Givenchy’s Spring/Summer 2027 collection, the dress surely turned heads at the event.

Charlize Theron’s Givenchy gown came in a rich emerald green and featured a high halter neckline with a shiny sequined collar. A matching glossy waistband cinched her waist, breaking up the otherwise fluid design and adding definition to the silhouette.
However, it was the lower half of Theron’s fringe dress that really commanded attention. Countless strands of floor-length green fringe fell from the waist. The fringes separated as she moved, revealing dramatically high openings on each side. The leg-baring construction gave Theron “legs for days” as the fringe shifted around her thighs.

Theron offered an even better look at the daring design in photos shared on Instagram. In one shot taken inside a car, the fringe fell away across her lap, revealing the minimal construction underneath. Another photo captured the gown from behind, showing off its completely open back and a long strip of green fabric falling from the halter neckline.
For the Airbnb.org Gala, Theron completed the look with black open-toe heels featuring oversized textured plush embellishments. She also wore Jessica McCormack Emerald Cut Emerald & Diamond Gypset Hoop Earrings, as noted by Celeb Style Radar on Instagram. The choice of earrings kept it within the night’s green color palette. Her blonde hair was swept back into a slightly undone updo, while a deep berry lip provided a contrasting beauty moment.
Theron even acknowledged the bold color herself, captioning her Instagram photos, “Green with envy”. Between the daring proportions and endless strands of fringe, the actress turned Givenchy’s runway creation into one of her most dramatic looks yet.
