Carole Radziwill Is Returning to the “Real Housewives of New York” “City ”8 Years After Exit from the Show

One year after the season 15 finale, Bravo announced news about the next season of The Real Housewives of New York City.
On March 2, the network revealed that Carole Radziwill would be returning to the show, eight years after she last appeared in season 10.
"In the marathon of life, loyalty is everything. And because of Bravo fans’ loyalty, Carole Radziwill is returning to #RHONY as a friend-of for Season 16!!! 🍎," Bravo wrote in an Instagram post.
A friend of the Housewives appears in various episodes throughout the season, but isn't considered a core cast member. Radziwill, an author and journalist, appeared on the show from season 5-10.
The news comes the same day the network revealed the names of season 16. Erin Lichy, Jessel Taank and Sai De Silva are all returning to the series, while three newbies include celebrity fitness trainer Erika Hammond, celebrity makeup artist Daisy Toye and public relations professional Hailey Glassman.
Radziwill has slowly been making her return to the Bravo universe. In August 2025, she made a surprise stop on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. It was the first time she appeared since her exit from the show and since her subsequent fall out with executive producer Andy Cohen.

In November, she appeared at BravoCon 2025 and detailed what went into her decision to return to the Bravo universe. "I thought when I left eight years ago, I could go quietly into the night," she said during an appearance, noting that "there is a sisterhood here."

"I might not have a lot in common with all the women, but in some, I've met this for the first time tonight. But there's a sisterhood on the stage," she added. "It's really powerful."
A year earlier, at Bravo Fan Fest 2024 in Miami on Nov. 23, 2024, Cohen told PEOPLE that he and Radziwill "reconnected recently" and settled their differences.
"It feels great," Cohen said. "Carole and I knew each other for years, before she was ever on the Housewives — for many years. I think I've known her more outside of the Housewives than I have in the Housewives. So it was definitely good to reconnect."
Radziwill told PEOPLE at the time, "We both came to understand that our disagreements had everything to do with the high-pressure nature of the show and very little to do with our friendship, which proceeded it. Andy and I are very much on the same page now, and I'm happy about that."

Season 15 featured Housewives, Lichy, Taank, Ubah Hassan, De Silva, Jenna Lyons, Brynn Whitfield and Racquel Chevremont, while Rebecca Minkoff appeared as a friend of the ladies.
Since the finale, Whitfield and Lyons both announced they were departing the show.
