Angel Reese brought the WNBA Finals crowd in Atlanta to its feet, hitting 3s and shouting at the Valkyries' bench in high-energy Game 3 for Dream.
Angel Reese is defending her home turf for the first time in the WNBA Finals for Game 3, and she's all fired up.
Reese drained two 3s and had 15 points, seven rebounds, two steals and an assist in the first half to lead the Atlanta Dream against the Golden State Valkyries. The crowd responded to her energy with the loudest cheers of the night after her buckets. And Reese matched that energy toward the Valkyries bench after a foul in the first quarter.
Reese, the WNBA's Defensive Player of the Year, was fouled after she drove to the basket and made a layup against Aminata Gueye. She yelled what appeared to be an expletive toward the Valkyries and chest-bumped her teammate, Allisha Gray.
Reese also chirped at Gueye in Game 2, when she scored 30 points and 16 rebounds to even the series.

Toward the end of the first quarter in Game 3, Reese drained a 3-pointer that gave Atlanta a 10-point lead, making the score 22-12. She jumped up and down and let out a yell.
Reese scored another 3 in the second quarter to bring the score to 30-23. She followed up the play with a steal that led to a trey from Rhyne Howard.
The Dream are undefeated, 14-0, when Reese drains a trey, according to the WNBA. They went 9-0 in the regular season and 5-0 in the playoffs.
