The San Francisco 49ers on Friday announced their Week 6 injury report, and while there's good news going into their Week 6 matchup with the Washington Commanders there's still plenty of cause for concern.

Among the players returning for the 49ers are fullback Kyle Juszczyk and undrafted rookie defensive tackle James Thompson Jr. Juszczyk hurt his knee in Week 4 and only missed one game. Thompson was out for three games because of a high ankle sprain.

Despite some optimism early in the week from head coach Kyle Shanahan on defensive end Nick Bosa, Bosa was one of four players ruled out for Monday night. Wide receiver Mike Evans is officially questionable with rib and Achilles injuries.
